History

RICOP Construction was started in 1990 by Walter Beatty who was a VP for Amalgamated Building Systems. Walt has over 30 years in the commercial building construction industry. RICOP construction also provides Design-Build services and incorporates the value proposition of design-build into all of their projects including the traditional Design Bid Build.

Mission Statement

RICOP Construction will strive to help businesses and institutions in Ohio design and build facilities to adjust to their envisioned needs, rather than expecting them to adjust to a facility.    We will deliver building solutions of the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, on time, within budget and backed by an industry leading 5 Year Limited Warranty. We will be known for integrity in our methods, creativity in our design solutions, diligence in our project management, excellence in our performances and servant-leadership in our customer, supplier, government, community and employee relationships.
