STORY:
One of a kind. That's what this dealership turned out to be. We only know of one approved joint Honda Toyota facility, and that is Glockner Honda Toyota. RICOP worked with Honda and Toyota on behalf of Glockner's to approve this very unique situation: Honda and Toyota sharing a building. RICOP demo'd the old facilities, kept Glockner operating out of a used car building, and designed and built what has become the pride of the small community of Portsmouth, Ohio. Factoids: *It took three years of design, planning, and negotiation with Honda and Toyota on behalf of Glockner to get the project approved and only 9 months to build it. *Sales increased 25% after the project was completed. *Honda and Toyota officers were standing together at the groundbreaking ceremony.
