NEW PROJECTS - Walters Toyota Pikeville, Ky

The Walters Group is moving their current Toyota facility to 37 Venters Lane, Pikesville, Ky to a new 26,000 sq. ft. new build. It will join a new Nissan 10,000 sq. ft facility also underway.

Kirby walters principal chose RICOP Construction because of their value engineering ideas and pre-design that will save her about $500,000 in site developement.
