Bill Ferris, President of Ferris Chervolet, Buick, Cadillac in New Philadelphia is imaging up his dealership to better serve his customers and future customers. Bill chose RIOCP Construction over our competitors because of our knowledge of their business and being able to bring the experience of 80 dealerships to date.
