Allen Nott Toyota was struggling in their service department with a small turining radius required to turn onto their lifts.  This was causing mechanics to drive up and back 2 times to get onto their lifts and resulted in a massive number of fender benders and dings to customer cars. This was a huge ongoing cost for Allen Notts and really inconvenienced their customers. RICOP was invited in to consult a solution and proposed what could be done within their budget . We proposed adding 7 outside new overhead doors for entrance to the lifts from the outside. These 7 new doors actually replaced 2 existing overhead doors. We moved all 9 lifts and put down a new ceramic tile floor which really put the icing on the cake. The service area is now a selling point for customers. RICOP accomadated this rennovation and was accomplished with 0 downtime and not losing 1 repair order in the process.
