We believe that to be a “category of one” in our field, we must seek to understand the needs of our customer and how they desire to use their facility for their business or institution. We want to know how material or people are moved from one location to another, understand the lean principles behind it, the equipment that moves that material or customer, and how that impacts the processes and procedures of the customer.
